When you call 9472 number it goes to Etisalat. If you call a perticular destination often, then please consider getting an Etislat phone, we can help you. Etislat SIM card is just Rs. 100.

I don't have Etisalat phone, How can I call a Dialog phone from this service ?
  • You first have to get an Etisalat SIM card in Sri Lanka. Then you Call Forward it to Dialog Phone. When you call Etisalat phone from overseas it rings the dialog phone.

    • I have a phone from other service provider in Sri Lanka, can I use this service to reduce my calling costs ?
  • Yes, you do the Call Forwarding

    • How do I setup Call Forwarding?
  • Insert Etisalat SIM to your Dialog Phone and set the call Forwarding.
  • Remove the SIM and put your Dialog SIM back

    • Is this service applicable to one Etisalat Phone that I designate?
  • No, you call any Etisalat phone, there are no restrictions, all Etisalt numbers start from 9472.

    • I don't want to call from Sri Lanka, my calls are only going to Sri Lanka, is there a monthly fee ?
  • No, there is no monthly fee

    • I am currently a Girawa Calling Card customer, do I get these rates if I call an Etisalat number ?
  • No, you need to signup for Cell Plan.

    • I am a currently a Girawa Cell Plan customer, I do not pay any monthly fee, now I need to enable calling from Sri Lanka, how do I enable this service ?

    • What is the cost of this plan?
  • If calls are only going to Sri Lanka, then there is no monthly charge. You call any Etisalat phone for 6c/min. If Sri Lanka phone needs to call you back then monthly service fee as given in the table below apply.
